Profile
I am a Full Professor of Strategy and International Business at the University of Vigo. My research examines the internationalization of firms—particularly SMEs and new ventures—with emphasis on the earliness and speed of internationalization, experiential learning, managerial cognition, and the reciprocal relationship between digitalization and international expansion.
I serve as Principal Investigator of the REDE Research Group and coordinate the Interuniversity PhD Programme in Economic Analysis and Business Strategy, involving the universities of Vigo, Santiago de Compostela and A Coruña.
